OUR FAMILY HISTORY

Everything here is homemade

Our winery was founded in the 1980s, but has been developing since the mid-1990s. The area, from which we take our name, is located just south of Via Cavaliera. A slightly steep, ventilated place, with excellent exposure and a deep soil similar to clay. 


Each wine variety, made from our own grapes and grown organically, is named after each member of our family.

SUSTAINABILITY, OUR PRIORITY

A disgorging method designed to reduce energy consumption

We believe the territory must be preserved, protected and enhanced.  


In this perspective, in addition to organic farming, we have studied and created a disgorgement method that allows us to eliminate the yeasts contained in the bottles after the remuage phase, without freezing the end of the bottle. This definitely reduces energy usage and optimizes our bottling processes.

Produced with grapes of the Lambrusco Grasparossa, Pignoletto, Trebbiano, and Malbo Gentile varieties, coming exclusively from our vineyards, raised with spurred cordon, and cultivated with an organic method.

In Modena's rich tradition, the attic vinegar factory, meaning the tasel, is a family treasure handed down through generations.


We have opened the doors of our own factory to share the magical process of creating traditional balsamic vinegar, known as the black gold of our lands.
